BTW, I'll admit my list might have been a bit biased, but come on. The reason the NBA has been so popular is because of that draft in Stern's first year as commish. Once again, I'm just throwing it out there, but isn't it a bit suspicious how the whole superstar treatment really started with those guys and they were such huge successes and once again, it was Stern's first year as commish. Its all I'm saying.

He's not a bad commisioner but I think he's been helped more by MJ and other star players that happened to fall in his lap more than anything. He's done an all right job, but the league could definitely be improved.

99% of us have no clue how to answer this, myself included because we have no clue the impact of former commisioners. However, I love what Stern is doing with the league now, and I hope he keeps up the discipline

Does anybody still feel the same way about David Stern? His recent suspension on Kobe Bryant is pretty ridiculous but I still feel that he is the best Commish the NBA has seen.

I would have to agree I mean you never hear anyone talking positive about this guy because of all the little ticky-tack things he does to the NBA. This man has made the NBA a lot better for the present and the future and is easily the best ever.

Nope I don't feel that way at all. Especially after the finals of last year. It was clear that Wade got all the beneficial calls. Stern is also power hungry. 2 things I really hate.
