Former IBF/WBA/WBC light heavyweight champion Antonio Tarver (28-6, 19 KO’s) is prepared for a tough fight against International Boxing Organization (IBO) cruiserweight champion Danny Green (31-3, 27 KO’s) on July 20th at the Entertainment Centre, in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Tarver, 42, expects a tough fight from Green, but figures to have too much experience and talent for Green to be able to cope with in this fight. Tarver had to come down in weight for this fight, as he fought last year at heavyweight and weighed a chunky looking 221 lbs for his last fight against Nagy Aguilera in October 2010. Tarver says he took the weight of slowly and in the correct way to make sure that he didn’t drain himself in getting down to the 200 pound weight limit.
