Heavyweight contender Chris Arreola (32-2, 28 KO’s) is hoping to chock up his fifth straight win this Saturday night against 39-year-old journeyman Friday Ahunanya (24-7-3, 13 KO’s) in a 10 round bout at the Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey. Arreola, ranked #2 WBC, #5 IBF, #12 WBO, wants to get a title shot against IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, who recently mentioned Arreola as someone he’d like to fight next in New York if possible.

Arreola actually believes he’s got the talent to be a champion, and it’s hard to see him realizing that dream at least while both of the Klitschko brothers are still around. Arreola fought Vitali Klitschko in 2009 for the World Boxing Council title and was easily stopped in a 10th round TKO loss.
