Martin Rogan has pulled out of a European Union title fight with unbeaten Bulgarian Kurbrat Pulev. Rogan, 40, has cited a lack of preparation time as the reason for his withdrawal from the bout which was scheduled for Munich on 16 July. "I'm hearing and reading various details but I've heard nothing concrete - I am waiting by the phone for a call from the EBU," said the Belfast man.
