An arbitrator gave Nashville Predators defenseman Shea Weber a $7.5 million award Tuesday. The team announced the deal and scheduled a conference call Wednesday afternoon. According to a report from CBC Sports, it is the largest arbitration award after John LeClair (2000) and Scott Niedermayer (2004) were each awarded $7 million.
