Oregon State flanker James Rodgers has been cleared to practice in a "limited fashion" after two knee surgeries. Rodgers' status was announced by coach Mike Riley on Wednesday. The Beavers start fall practice on Monday. Riley says Rodgers will practice on a limited basis for an undetermined time.
