Retired quarterback Brett Favre quashed any rumors he may be thinking of a return to the NFL on Friday. Favre, who had been linked to the Miami Dolphins on Thursday, told the Miami Herald he isn't planning anymore comebacks. "I haven't heard anything, and I don't have any interest," Favre, 41, told the Herald when tracked down Hattiesburg, Miss., on Friday. "You're from Miami? Don't you have anything better to do?" The Dolphins signed veteran quarterback Kevin O'Connell on Friday. The Dolphins' roster also includes Chad Henne and Matt Moore.
