Golden State Warriors guard Acie Law got dinged up during a local basketball tournament Sunday. Law collided knees with another player during the 24th annual Dallas Fed X Pro-Am Basketball Classic. The Dallas native out of Kimball High School said he felt soreness in his knee and decided to sit out for his team's final two games Sunday out of precaution.
Doesn't sound too bad. Hopefully this is the worst that happens to anyone on the roster, for like, forever.
I hope he doesn't jeopardize his career by getting an injury. What did you guys think of Acie Law's game last season?
The guy can make plays and is fundamentally sound offensively, but he can't really shoot. Maybe the D-league can help with that or maybe he is tapped out in terms of potential.
