IndyCar Series star Justin Wilson suffered a back injury in a practice crash that will sideline him for Sunday's Honda Indy 200 race. Wilson's Dreyer & Reinbold Racing entry left Turn 1 of the Mid-Ohio road course late in the Saturday morning practice session and became airborne when it hit a bump. Although the car did not make contact with the wall, it slammed back to the ground with enough force for Wilson to sustain an anterior compression fracture of his T-5 vertebra.
