I don't know how, but I'm guessing it was from Limewire.Being a bigtime music fan, I lost tons of music on my computer. Not just audio recordings, but countless hours of bootlegs. I lost schoolwork that is due at the beginning of the year. I lost tons of data and programs, not to mention some videogames :no1: So basically, after hours of trying everything in the book, I had to wipe my computer clean and start over. F*ck! The moral of this story: Back stuff up on your computer! Has this ever happened to anyone else? Stupid viruses! :brucelee:

Re: I'm pissed I use a total of none, viruses are overrated, people spazz out about them when it's usually an easily rectified problem, you just have to know what you're doing.

Re: I'm pissed I have never had a problem with viruses since I've had this laptop. You might be able to recover the data if you're desperate and willing to pay a bit to get it all back.
