Jason "Mayhem" Miller was arrested earlier this month in North Carolina when his sister reported him to the police following a party, TMZ.com reported today.

Miller, who next month appears as a coach on "The Ultimate Fighter 14," allegedly put his sibling in a headlock and refused to release her when she tried to leave the party.

Miller posted bail and was released, the report said. Calls by MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) to the fighter's management went unreturned.

The former star of MTV's reality series "Bully Beatdown," Miller signed with the UFC this past April. He was scheduled to meet Aaron Simpson at UFC 132 but instead took a coaching slot on "TUF 14" when Chael Sonnen was unable to participate. The show wrapped production this past July.

He wouldn't let her leave. Maybe not serious for a kidnapping charge?

Guess I was mixed up with wrongful imprisonment and false imprisonment.

False imprisonment = taking a hostage or holding someone against their will.

Last thing we need is another TUF coaching fight called-off. Hopefully this is (and it sounds like) nothing.
