Whitehead sexually assaulted two passed-out female acquaintances, raping one and groping the other. Police were called to the scene to apprehend Whitehead where they happened upon a full-scale marijuana grow operation with over 40 plants on the premises, for which he has not yet been charged. Arraignment is scheduled for September.
