    Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, the 20-year old from Forest Gate who had a reputation as being a bit of a slacker, has been sold to Ipswich Town for a million. He didn't burn his bridge on the way out so good luck to him.

    Likewise, 20-year old French midfielder Henri Lansbury is also on the way out, likely to sign with Norwich in the coming days. Likely has more to do with the glut of young midfielders on the team than his attitude or fit.

    Finally, Nicklas Bendtner's father/agent claims there are multiple bids for his son and they are going to select one soon. The hottest rumour is that he is headed to Germany but Arsenal still have to agree on the fee.
