Mike Pelfrey needed a career-high 125 pitches just to get through six innings. It was worth every one. Pelfrey pitched effectively, Nick Evans and David Wright homered and the New York Mets snapped a five-game losing streak with a 7-4 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday.
