He is a rookie and he is excepting that for right now. Although, why not start him???? Rasho Nesterovich is god awful. Im a spurs fan, enough said

Re: Bargnani gives #11 to Ford, team says he won't start. Nice thing to give up his jersey to Ford. I see Bargnani having a small role on the team, probably as a backup SF or PF. Hopefully, he'll shine his rookie year and bulk up more so that he will become the backup C and make his way to a starting role.
Re: Bargnani gives #11 to Ford, team says he won't start. Bargnani started the season as a backup makes perfect sense. You don't want to throw a rookie to the fire unless the rookie is Lebron James. Last year, Joey Graham was thrown to the fire and his confidence diminished. He picked up his game at the end of the season though. I think he could be a good role player on this team.Bargnani will probably backup the 3, 4, 5 through out the season. He's 7-1, 250lb - legit size for a C. However, he looks extremely week. He better hang out with Joey Graham and PJ Tucker a lot. Those guys will help him in the weight room and he can help them on shooting. Let's hope they become close friends and help each other out. :beerchug:
