I think they would actually create more jobs if they just spend $300 billion and paid unemployed workers $50k a year to twiddle their thumbs.
This is a flat-out debacle for Obama. Even left-wing sites are baffled by this speech. I almost feel embarrassed for Obama, because I think he really does believe the crap he thinks is going to lead to the glory days of the mid-2000s.
