I think they show it on NBA TV, which sucks, because I don't have that.

I am unable to watch any, I don't have digital cable (pissed about that too). But I can't wait, and I will be visiting the Vegas Summer League homepage frequently tomorrow for updates and box scores. Celtics don't play their 1st game until Saturday, but this is still exciting.

Definitely, and not to mention our summer league team should dominate! I mean Bassy, Gomes, Big Al, Gerald, Dwayne Jones, Rondo, Allan Ray, etc. Awesome.

I can see it now: "Gerald Green and Sebastian Telfair connect for a thunderous alley-oop to get the crowd going" haha I love this time of year.

Since his ankle is still kinda "iffy"

Yeah it's a definite, Big Al is in it. He's been at both summer league practices already and playing fine, doing all the drills, and working out. He's lost 14 lbs. already!

I'm thankful for the Summer League, because I will never have to take a huge break from watching basketball. I know in the off-season I am always eager to watch basketball, because I start missing it, and of course I miss watching the Raps, who I havnt seen since April..

Yeah it is, he has serious potential. It's all about being a man and playing with a hurt ankle like everyone else.. then hard work. So far this summer he's 2 for 2, let's hope he keeps it up.

Also, speaking of Summer League, Rudy Gay won't get a chance to play in Summer League will he? Because Houston is trading him (and he's not on their roster anyway) and Memphis doesn't have a summer league team. That's a shame, I wanted to see what he could do.

I'm really looking forward to see how Patrick O'Bryant will perform in this..I think he has the chance to be real good.

Yes! Another person that doesn't think I'm crazy lol. If you read my pre-draft posts, I clearly stated O'Bryant is my guy, and I think he will be a good player in this league. I called him at #9 to Golden State too :happy0144:

it says there is no tv coverage for any of the games (N/A).I guess i'll have to closely analyze the boxscore and read the recaps, again.off topic, but that is ONE BANGING SIG you got there, celticsballa. big props to pf11.

First summer league game is complete!

    Portland 80
    Houston 88

I will give you guys a box score when it's up, but from what I read on DraftExpress, Steve Novak and John Lucas III took over the game. Aldridge played like pansy and is Mark Blount 2.0 lol. Roy strictly played PG the whole game, did well in the 1st half, not as well in the 2nd . Webster shot the lights out in the 2nd half. And Chuck Hayes was very solid and did the dirty work.

Martell Webster also OWNED the game with 29 points..Him and Lucas were the two big offensive threats for each team it seemed like..
