get there bright and early. left the hotel in Valencia after a breakfast buffett provided by the tour group, PP Travel.



there is a greased pole that has a ham on top of it. the fight starts when someone knocks the ham off. If they don't, they just start at some random time before noon. we got there around 8 or 9 in the AM....had 2 hours or so to walk around, get drinks, and find a spot. There were people dumping water on people from apartments. walls were tarped off.







it was hard to get a good pic b/c it was so crowded.



over the hour of the tomato fight, 5-6 trucks full of tomatos go through the narrow street



2 minutes in, its pure pandaemonium and adrenaline. tomatoes are everywhere.

after an hour, its all over. only tomato juice remains everywhere



everyone smells like V8



the townspeople clean everyone off by dumping water or using a hose.


then everyone buys some grilled chorizo and drinks some beer and parties it up or passes out until the bus ride back to valencia.

fun road trip to SF. stayed in the Marina district, fuck that place is awesome. so many hotties in yoga pants. had a disturbing episode at a psychotic chick's apartment on friday though. total fucking lunatic.

fucking crazy story. so we were in a bar down in SF, randomly started talking to this crazy fucking chick. she wasn't really that hot, a bit thicker, white chick...so anyways, she just blurts out of the air "I have had sex 13 times in one day"...so what do you think that means, right? You think she had sex with 13 guys....but it was one guy, 13 times. I tell her "that only counts as once". Anyway, she offered to let us crash at her place which was 2 blocks away ( wtf ). So anyway, there are 4 of us left in the group....we're talking and this crazy bitch keeps on talking about this crazy sex talk. we're trying to calm her down and telling her to chill out. anyway, she invites us over to "continue the party" at her place, but she says we have to pay her $10 for the wine at her place ( wtf ).

so we said, fuck it, lets have an interesting story...went over there, the chick had the most batshit insane apartment ever. We get inside and its a tiny fucking studio with crazy shit all over the walls. magazine cutouts, etc. My dumbass friend asked her to put on some porn, she puts on some fucking low budget artsy san francisco gay porn. wtf.

there was a closet she told us we couldn't look in, one of my buddies later on when she was in the kitchen looked in...there were some weird photos of some S&M shit and some kind of manifesto written on one of those big white pads of paper on the water.

this was totally crazy shit, one of the most genuinely fucked up persons I have ever encountered and I've encountered quite a few. there are so many little fucked up things in here, they'll come to me eventually.

we all had a good laugh about it the next day and we became legends. :MARIS61:

 

oh yeah, she kept on repeating anything she said. it was like she was reading a script. really weird. I think she was manic.
