I don't agree with the needs to go part, but the rest is close to my view. I'm really against people driving impaired be it drugs alcohol or cell phone. if it were my call, as a 2nd time offender he'd lose his license to drive for a loooong time STOMP
I'd prefer people not drive impaired, but if they are going to drive impaired, stoned is better than most of the alternatives. Until we start removing driving privileges from sober people who suck at driving, I don't see a big need to worry about stoned people. The former are a greater threat in aggregate than the latter. barfo
