The Patriots announced Saturday that they have downgraded safety Patrick Chung, defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth and receiver Taylor Price to out for Sunday's game against the Bills. Chung underwent surgery on his right thumb this week. He returned to practice on Friday. On Thursday, the Boston Herald reported that Chung would be out. The Patriots will be counting on Sergio Brown (second year), Josh Barrett (fourth year) and James Ihedigbo (fifth year) at safety, and promoted Ross Ventrone off the practice squad Saturday.
