This is where I think MMA wrestling is flawed. Cruz keeps getting him down but doing nothing. I think Johnson has shown better ground skills but Cruz is getting the points. Not impressed by Cruz at all.

Yeah, went to decision, but was a great fight.

Kudos to Johnson for forcing Cruz to fight.

    Cruz won.

Fans got a good show in DC tonight, lots of stoppages and some great main-card action.

Is Paul Sass the British Aoki? 12-0, 11 via submission, 8 triangles, 3 heel hooks--crazy.

Cruz broke his hand in the fight.

He is likely to face the winner of Faber/Bowles. Didn't Faber just lose to Cruz? He is the Randy Couture (repeated undeserved title shots) of the WEC guys I guess. He's lost 3 of 6, all three being title shots.

I can understand the title shot for Faber if he wins, though, at least in this case. Yes, he seems to be the Couture of the small guys in that sense, but a rubber match is in order for these two fighters.

Joe Benavidez has won three straight and took Cruz to a split decision. The fight was bad but isn't he more deserving than Faber?

Bowles I don't mind as much since his fight with Cruz was stopped early.
