I'm just messing with you. It's actually not a bad neighborhood compared to pretty much anywhere in Portland. I know some great families there and the community is pretty tight. The local cops have their priorities straight and the city government has been proactive in improving livability.
You could tell them he is not an Oregon resident and that the grow site will not be supervised. I'm also surprised they would allow it so close to schools. Not that I think weed is dangerous, just that that's the moronic mentality from our government.
If they could just fix a few of the horrendous potholes around here. I'd be much happier. Oh, snap! My garage has become a pothole!
Get one of those futon sofas that fold out into a bed so you can sleep in the living room and grow your own pot in the bedroom. He'll attribute the increased water and electric to his pot grow so your only expense will be fertilizer and plastic baggies.
Actually, HCP just gave me his old one. Unfortunately, I pay the water bill. The garage has its own electric meter.
