Kansas will be without two talented freshmen this season. Coach Bill Self said Friday that Ben McLemore and Jamari Traylor have been declared partial qualifiers by the NCAA and will not be eligible to play this season. They cannot practice until after the fall semester. McLemore, a 6-foot-5 guard, finished his prep career at Christian Life Center in Texas after his suburban St. Louis high school closed following the 2009-10 season.
