Colorado not only lost badly at Washington on Saturday, it lost two of its best players. Junior linebacker Douglas Rippy needs season-ending surgery after tearing ligaments in his knee in Seattle, the school reported. Senior tailback Rodney Stewart sprained his knee and will be out two to four weeks.
