    says Oregon is Ellis McCarthy's #1 pick now after being here last weekend!!! 6-5 300 reminds most of SUH!!

    Scout still reports him w/ medium interest in Oregon - along with a handful of others schools. But, he was at Oregon on 10/15. Hopefully, Rivals has some good info. We'd be a great addition to that DL!

    Bleacher Report today said Oregon is his #1 choice now. Loved the campus, crowd, facilities and staff.

    Chip needs to close hard on this one and stay on him through Signing Day. He is exactly what Oregon needs on defense (or any team, I guess). Imagine Heimuli and McCarthy occupying blockers while Wallace and Clay clean up on tackles..

    Watch the NCAA/Emmert drag things out with Lyles, though.

    Yeah this was reported in the recruiting thread already. He was seen walking around his school with an Oregon sweatshirt on. It's going to be hard to beat USC out for him though as most are saying he wont leave the state of California. I really hope we get this guy.
