    Cedric Benson's non-injury grievance against the NFL has been rejected, sources told ESPN's Andrew Brandt.

    An arbitrator ruled that she did not have jurisdiction over the issue, allowing the NFL to impose a suspension on the Bengals running back for conduct that occurred during the lockout. Benson, whose suspension of three games was reduced to one game and a one-week fine, will serve his suspension Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.
