With Felton showing he can play as a starting point guard. Would the Bobcats consider trading knight?

I think Bickerstaff is just waiting to hear what kind of offers are out there for him. Thing is without Knight who plays behind Felton, chances are you won't be able to get a nice young second unit point for an older undersized vet, but hey you never know. Package him in a sign-and-trade with Ely for like Udrih and and Brent Barry. The Spurs would kill for that. They would get cap room and a big man. Udrih would be a nice backup for Felton and Barry a solid vet behind Morrison and Wallace.

He is getting older too, and they could get some value for a pass first pg like Knight with that court vision of his...He can get 10 apg easily playing fo a sh*tty team with low minutes. This guy is awesome.

Honestly I hope Knight doesn't get traded, and backs up Felton..but the more I hear about it, the more likely it seems he won't be a Bobcats next season.

They're trading Knight, who can become a decent starter or become a very good 6th man AND Ely, who's a decent big man and a banger inside. Barry is very old and hasnt done much with the Spurs except for making some 3pt shots. Udrih is someone to look forward to, and possibly could become a very good player in the future, but the Cats need some veterans who can play. They have too many young guns on that roster, they need to suround that young talent with some experienced players/leadership.

Trading Knight is a mistake. He is one of the best passers in the game and he is our sparkplug. I can see him working well as a 6th sixth man though.
