    Technique #7 - 'Ballot Box Stuffing.' If you own a board, start many OT threads about Republican issues, so Democrats play defense all the time and never start any threads of their own. If you run any part of the media, make Republican issues the things to talk about. Assume people will never get tired of reading about taxes and crime.
