is going down the toilet. With the shammond signing going to happen next week, mitch said were set. Set? He must be f*cking joking. With teams like the hornets making major moves and tmac coming back, were going to be fighting for the 8th seed yet again And Bynum apparently still sucks, he still looks ackward as last year :no1: Did everyone else catch am 570's segment just before?
I'm not worried. You're underestimating the triangle. Atleast 50 wins this year barring major injury,

im not worried either,i still think the lakers should make at least one more move but if they think they are set, maybe they are set,it really all depends on what phil think since hes running the team, maybe shammond williams is better than we think? why else would they just sign him and say thery were set?anyway its not like we got worse,we had about 45 wins last year, and went 7 games with the pheonix suns,we actually did pretty well last year and with that team growing and them understanding the triangle i think we will be alright. All the lakers really did was add a few pieces to the roster who in the end very well hepl us in the long run.Like arya said this team is capable of winning 50 games next season. My prediction for the lakers next season,6th or 7th place in the western conference :happy0144:<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Melo061 @ Jul 8 2006, 06:58 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Let's see, the hornets made major moves. Remember this season the Lakers werent expected to make the playoffs either. They proved everyone wrong. I'm not worried at all, the roster can still change from now to the season opener
Relax dude. This is a weak free agent crop anyways. With Kobe Bryant, you'll pretty much always be a playoff team. Hopefully Lamar Odom can have a good year too.Maybe Mitch signs Marcus Banks though. If he does then I would guess a 6th seed for the Lakers would be what they would get.

Looks like we'll be getting him too.And if KG decides to come here (unlikely but I'm allowed to dream), you never know... :yess:
