Question: How does free agency work now? Will free agents be signing with teams during the period between when the CBA is official and Christmas? I also haven't kept track of all the players overseas that don't have an opt-out clause. Wilson Chandler is one that comes to mind, but is there a list out there? I think most players have an opt-out clause though.
