A few things that jumped out at me: First half. Between tackle -- dive, dive, dive. Little motion and not much option. I believe this was the Kelly gameplan. Wear out the thin OSU defense, draw attention inside, then come out in the 2nd with more option, motion, work the sidelines and mid-field passes. Patient fans knew it was coming. Thomas. Solid. 25/38 294 yards 4 TD's and ZERO Ints 66%. He's just a solid kid. Some fans seem to expect 100% completion rating, or something, I don't know. But, he's just solid. LMJ. Keep that elbow on ice! Wow, we went deep into the roster on this one. OSU 3-13 on third down conv. Ducks with 6 sacks. Pick Mannion twice. OSU avg 0.6 yards per rush. Wow. Rice, 3 punts for over 51 yard avg. The kid is unbelievable. 7 Oregon receivers with catches. 4 with TD's. Lots of TE, mid-field passes. Congrats to Paulson and Lyerla - big games. DAT with a huge 8 catch game with over 150 apy. Oregon really tried to keep this game conservative. FR had 19 total rushes in the game. DAT avg 16 ypc, Forde 5.5 ypc, Bennett 19 ypc, Carson 4.3 ypc. All in all, well rounded game. Looks like LMJ will be OK and we just sealed up the North. Incredible!! Bring on the Bruins!!
