Unfortunately, the talent gap has just never been wider with the two schools. That's okay, we'll get ourselves back to where we need to be, its just going to take a while. For the near future, we need to get away from judging ourselves against you guys...we are not anywhere near there. Frankly, I thought you guys played about a b- game per your standards, and you still just had your way with us. It was not a fair fight. DAT is simply the most impressive athlete I have seen in the NW...maybe ever. put ten or fifteen pounds on him, and he will dominate football for his final two years (sorry, I am crossing my fingers on that one!). I also want to make a mention of what a special player and person I think David Paulson is...great hands, tough as hell, and I learned just today what a terrific student he is. Oregon should be proud of a guy like that...it's just college football, and I hope that rival fans can take a moment to recognize young kids like that. He is not the only one..I really have come to like and admire LMJ too...he is a hardnosed player, and seems like a great, great teammate. I think he is finished after this season, and goes down as one of the Pac's all time greats. Hope he stays healthy, I am anxious to see how he translates in the NFL. Again, great win, great team, great coaching. We will be back in better shape soon..I am confident in that.
