Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III is probable for next week's season finale at home against Texas, Baylor officials said Sunday.

Griffin suffered a concussion after being hit as he slid near the end of the second quarter of Saturday's 66-42 win over Texas Tech. The defender's shoulder and forearm hit Griffin's head and bounced it off the turf at Cowboys Stadium. Griffin returned after being attended to by trainers, running for a three-yard touchdown, but he did not play after halftime.

Griffin will practice this week. Nick Florence replaced Griffin on Saturday and completed 9 of 12 passes for 151 yards and two touchdowns.
