I'm predicting 50 wins, though I think we'll finish a lot faster than we start so we might win more than that. A lot depending on Oden's health. What do you think?
Our bench assuming Roy is waived will be batum, smith, babbitt, and johnson. That's assuming no injuries. Call me crazy but 35 wins seems like a stretch with current roster. Every team has injuries.
50 wins? Oden won't even be playing until only he knows, so if he's the key to 50 wins, I just don't see it. Hope you're right, though!
Well I might have been a wee bit optimistic. I think mentally I was still thinking a 82 game schedule, but I'm going to stick with it! When I'm right I expect you all to bow down to me!
Mr. Marc Stein some what agrees with Carlto. Marc Stein of ESPN.com kicked off this most recent, intensifying round of Amnesty Clause chatter last night. A few notes: If Roy is waived, Portland would be left with seven players on the roster -- including Earl Barron -- who have played more than 82 NBA games. Their projected bench rotation would be: Nicolas Batum, whoever they sign with the Mid-Level Exception, Nolan Smith, Chris Johnson and... stop me when this gets too painful.
Brother, you are too new to be making predictions! You're rookie opinion means nothing around here son!
