Saw it last night with a couple of friends from my school. It was pretty good, anyone else going to see this movie? Can't provide the plot, because that'll just spoil everything. This one was a bit more serious than the first one. I remember seeing the first one when it came out and a lot of people were laughing and stuff, in this one you wouldnt hear as many laughs.
My sister saw it and really liked it. Don't know what she thought of it compared to the first one though
It was sometimes slow and hard to keep along with, but a very good movie. Johnny Depp was great as the gay pirate, Cpt Jack Sparrow
I heard it wasn't that great compared to the first. I probably won't see it until it comes out on DVD. I wonder if any good movies are going to come out this year...
You have to lower your standards more in terms of movies. You arent going to see any "great" movies with the way Hollywood is going these days.

My girlfriend went to go see the midnight showing. Im not that all into Pirates but I might end up watching it soon anyways,haha.

Off the top of my head, Hotel Rwanda, The Incredibles, and Batman Begins. I'm not going to spend $8 to go see a bad movie.
I liked Pirates of the Carribean 2, but it's too easy to spoil to you. Huge Cliffhanger at the end. Can't wait for number three.
I went to see it with some friends. It was a pretty good movie. The only bad thing was that I never got to see the first one so I was kinda lost at first. And I'm not really into the whole pirate thing so I thought it was gonna be a waste of my time and money but it wasn't what I expected. It turned out to be pretty good. But the ending could have been a whole lot better.

Your all into it and waiting to see what's gonna happen, then it ends in a bad place with a weird event. Overall I really liked it though, anxiously waiting for the 3rd.
It was a pretty good movie. The ending puts you on the edge of your seet wanting to see what happens next. *sigh* i hate it when they do that...They also could have resolved more of the issues in the movie before ending it. I'm not gonna name them, for the sake of people who haven't seen it yet. :happy0144:
