    Other players who should have their numbers retired:

    Darius Miles - he left his mark on the franchise for years and years.

    Sebastian Telfair - how can you not retire the number of the greatest point guard in blazers history?

    Zach Randolph - actually we should retire the whole hoop family, not just Randolph.

    Qyntel Woods - He's the next TMac!

    Boom-Boom - He took Brian Grant's number and made it great.

    Ha - there will never be another like him.

    Wait for a few years to see how this one plays out. I am currently subscribing to Nik's idea that maybe retirement is a ploy for him to play for another team.

    If we didn't have so many retired that it's a joke, I'd say yes - for what he's done, not for the team, but for the Franchise. But, IMHO, the bar is now very, very high to get your number retired in Portland. Something like all-NBA 1st team + Finals MVP (for Portland).
