    Or maybe the posters aren't so emotionally attached as you see it, but are rationally and non-emotional and just happen to disagree with your opinion.

    You write off posters opinions as the posters gets riled up and revert to entrenched positions and then you claim but you are almost always level headed, non-emotional and rationale . . . well that might be the problem right there.
