The New York Giants downgraded safety Kenny Phillips to out when the team announced he did not make the trip to Dallas on Saturday. Phillips suffered a sprained MCL knee injury during last Sunday's 38-35 loss to Green Bay. Phillips was listed as doubtful for the game on Friday.
