Police say a Maryland linebacker has been charged with disorderly conduct after an officer spotted him ranting and punching cars. University of Maryland police spokesman Capt. Marc Limansky says an officer came across 18-year-old Alex Twine early Friday behaving erratically, yelling and punching cars at a shopping center just off campus.
