Probably market value. But, is Nene really a guy that you want as a centerpiece on a team? Good 3rd option, not 1st.
I guess Denver's thinking is to try adding a 1st option either thru the draft or free agency. Even with Nene's contract, they should have a sizable amount of cap space and should not be that good. Probably lower lottery though. They also have the option of amnesty next year on Al Harrington.
Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA Y! Sources: Orlando, N.J. trade talks for Dwight Howard gather momentum, but are Magic truly inclined to move star now? tinyurl.com/csgmnvc
My buddy has season tickets to the Clippers so I went to quite a few games last year. Although I agree that both are over rated and over hyped, (compared to LMA) Griffin got better and better as the year went on. In my mind there is no comparison. The only thing that will slow down Blake is another injury. The fact he plays a few feet off the floor makes it a strong possibilty.
To Orlando: Brook Lopez ..... Wow, looking at their roster they have NOTHING outside Brook and Deron. If there isn't a 3rd team I think it's going to be Brook and multiple picks.
A first round draft pick every other year for the next decade????? Not seeing a lot of options there either.
4 team deal.....?? http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news?slug=aw-wojnarowski_dwight_howard_magic_nets_nba_121311
Don't see how that's going to work. Maybe if the Nets send out Brook Lopez for young assets for the Magic. Have you seen their roster? Outside Brook and Deron it's \.../ this side of being a D-League roster. Btw, I think Lopez would be a great fit in Portland.
You would have to ask someone with sources. All I have is a talkative pizza guy who thinks Wallace would go to Orlando, and possibly Matthews to GS
S&T for Humphries? Hopefully a 4th team giving us SOMETHING for Wallace. Maybe explains some of the looking hard at wings?
