No... like Kingspeed said, Ive known that he is a chucker with low field goal percentages. That charity game just proved it to me in person. I don't know, it just gave me a "wow" moment.

Was it considered a "wow" since she smelled like Taco Bell after completing her drive-thru shift?

I think he'll go to Sacramento, more money for the one year and he figures he can inflate his numbers more there so he will get a bigger contract after that. $$$$

I remain unenthusiastic about Crawford. I was more interested in him back in the PatterNash days when he was a combo guard that had good size.

Now he's a slightly undersized shooting guard that doesn't shoot as well as he should.

I'm not sure why the Blazers would be eager to add him.

I just started chuckling thinking that what if we end up with nothing after the Crawford/Williams FA rumors and Wallace trade thing, the forum would again go ape shit! lol

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I was interested in Crawford back when he was drafted. I thought he had intriguing talent, a possible do-everything type of guard on offense, something like Stephen Curry is. As far as I'm concerned, though, he didn't pan out...he's been a league average offensive performer with below average defense. I'm really not all that interested in Portland acquiring him now.

He's not a bad player, but he's not the type of player I want the team to sink resources (including minutes played) into when they have Matthews and Batum (I think Batum might be able to play the two).

Its too bad that you had such high expectations for him coming out of college. But, he's a solid player and among the best 6th men in the league. A 15 PER average for his career is about as good as it gets for a 6th man.

Outside shooters are all streaky. Especially when they come off the bench. Two years ago he was the best 6th man in the league. Last year he did not play as well as the year before. But unless you all think he physically has gone down hill, I doubt he is too much different from when he was the best player coming off the bench in the NBA. (According to who ever voted)

Bottom line.........he is probably a good pick up if we get him.

i'm good with him being our 6th man and possibly playing a few spot minutes at the one. especially if it's only for one year.

yeesh I havent felt this "Will the Free Agent choose us or the other team?" since it was down to us and LAL for Gary Payton. (that was the day Gary Payton ceased being my favorite player)
