I'd guess early second. Good for him. He was a heck of a college RB and I hope he kicks butt in the NFL Ed O.
Given the trend and success of quicker, smaller backs recently, I'd say no later than early to mid second round. Hope he has a HUGE RB showing. What an honor its been to support him over the years.
LaMike says that he hasn't made a decision, and that the O is wrong yet again. At least that's what I read on another site, and ESPN is reporting it as well.
LMJ facebook: Everyone is calling me or texting me saying congrats for what? I have not answered nor said I'm forgoing my sr season here at Oregon it is a complete lie my main focus is on the game jan 2 c'mon really SMH why would some1 write that? If you didn't hear me say it then it's not true! Go ducks
Great college player. I would guess he'll go in the 3rd or 4th round due to questions about his durability.
Career: Rushes: 746 Yards: 4923 TD's: 52 There are always a few questions about a players ability to perform at the next level. For LMJ it is his durability to perform at the next level mainly due to his frame and a few habits that red-flag his performances (stuff that may work at the college level, not at pro - like initiating contact and breaking his falls with a locked elbow - imagine a pro DL or LB coming down on top or in from the side). That said, ANY player going to the next level has a certain amount of questions surrounding his ability to be successful. Most of the NFL scouting reports I read are favorable/optimistic and rate him as a late first to early third round pick and compare him to Sproles, Dunn, and McCoy.
If you followed Duck news on twitter...check out Goe and Moseley going at it. Goe says Fentress got it right. Moseley is using caps, lol.
first, welcome to the board. But if you read the whole thread you'll see that LMJ has denied reports of that he has decided to declare for the NFL draft. He may ultimately do this, but as of now he's just preparing for the Rose Bowl. STOMP
