I said none, but I could handle Dante. But I would rather try and find a bigger body that could fill in spot minutes at PF and C
Dante wouldn't be a bad pickup. I don't really want Travis on this team again, especially with Batum and Crawford on the second unit. We need big bodies.
We're too close to the Luxury Tax level (depending on your guess of the adjusted amount Oden signed for) and we won't go over it to sign any of these. I'd say Dante if I had to choose one. He won't blow up his knee.
Depending on his health I like Joel. But I would rather see what Chris Johnson will bring. He brought a real shot-blocking presence against Dallas.
Holy crap, what an insult to Charlotte. Our GM makes a move for Wallace, telling them the real talent coming back in the deal was Cunningham. Fast forward and their GM was our GM and he then says Dante isn't good enough to make an offer for. Thanks, Rich. I wish PA wouldn't have fired you.
Charlotte, like Portland, is another team that is in need of some good luck. Players not wanting to play there goes back to the Roy draft. Both LaMarcus and Roy turned them down for a pre-draft workout.
Fez has it correct. Dante did not accept the QO, but he did receive it. We couldn't offer Dante much, and since Charlotte did offer the QO, he is a RFA, so it'd likely be matched. My understanding is that Charlotte is taking a "Go see what you can approach," and unless it's ridiculous, Charlotte will match.
