So what do you guys think? Will he make the team? He is playing pretty well in Summer League so far. He got 13 points in both games, and he is also filling up the stat sheet pretty well, with assists, rebounds and steals as well. He came in last year when Jose was injured and when we needed a 3rd insurance pg. I believe we signed him to a 5 game contract, and he played so well, so we signed him to another one. He played well again, so we just signed him for the rest of the season. With Darrick Martin likely gone, we would probably need a 3rd pg just in case Jose or TJ get injured. He is a quick guy who can move the tempo, and make nice, crisp passes. He can also get some points on jumpers and lay ups, even though he has an inconsistent jumper.So what do you guys think? I certainly hope he gets a spot as our 3rd PG, he pushed the ball up the court really quickly and adds to the tempo of the game, but if we do give him a shot it would be only as our 3rd PG, I think Calderon deserves to play 2nd to TJ.
