you guys are underrating Magloire a little bit. He wants a big contract, and he's expiring, so he'd work hard for you. He's still a solid double-double guy.
Bad for the Wiz, great for the Bucks. They add a combo guard to replace T.J. and get a underrated perimeter defender in Jeffries. Although the Wizards need a big man, I don't think Maglore is worth both of thses players, unles a draft pick or two is involved.
I dont understand why we have to add Jeffries, though... Daniels straight up for Magloire would be reasonable enough, imo.

I don't really care for either player...I wouldn't do the trade...I think Maurice Williams is better than Antonio Daniels anyway.
I think that would be good for both teams. Milwaukee doesnt really like Magloire, and would get some bench depth and another pg after losing Ford..Jeffries is a good defender too..On the other hand, the Wizards would have a really nice starting lineup if this went down, but also a weak bench..
