Claver is hot plate of garbage, but Freeland might turn out OK ... will that be enough to overcome the rest of his resume` though? I'm not so sure.

I was actually pretty well done with KP before he was fired. The longer he was GM, the less impressed I became. And, it wasn't just that he set the bar so high early on, it was whiff after whiff.

And Whittsit was an issue as well. He was sick (if I recall correctly) and stretched WAY too thin working for the Seahawks at the same time.

I like chicken. I like it in pot pies, fried, as chicken salad, grilled, in tacos, and all sorts of other wonderful ways.

Well now that Whitsett is no longer the Seahawks GM, he should get back to Blazerville. I actually loved his ability to make something out of nothing. And he was the one person I felt that could communicate to Allen. Allen just believed everything he said. Yeah Whitsett made some horrible mistakes after the game 7 collapse in L.A.; but his track record before that brought a winning organization.

Trader Bob almost ruined 2 franchises in the span of 3-4 years

Effectively killed the Blazers after the 2000 season all by himself. Brian Grant for Shawn Kemp? Lmfao

Got ran out of town after 1 season for the Seahawks because no one took him seriously once he deemed himself the one that should make all the moves.

Paul Whitsitt doesn't belong near any kind of professional sports team when it comes to personnel decisions. He's a cancer.

His critics, i.e. the Oregonian, were the cancer that brought down the team after he left.

Bob Whitsitt is the greatest entity that has ever existed in the worlds of matter, light, imagination, and afterlife. Also, kinetic and potential. Bring back Bob!

And the Seahawks peaked with his players and then sank like a stone after he was gone and they changed his players. Same with the Sonics. They peaked right after he left with his players, then sank as they slowly got rid of his players.

Dude. Ted Thompson built that Seahawks team into a title contender, Bob Whitsitt isn't fit to sniff his old dirty jock-strap.
