Former Boston Bruins coach and player Mike Milbury will not face charges after a Massachusetts clerk magistrate ruled Friday that there's not enough evidence to criminally charge him after his confrontation with a 12-year-old youth hockey player. The decision came after a closed-door hearing involving witnesses and police in Brookline District Court. After the hearing, Milbury said he was pleased with the ruling. "Well, that's good that it's over a couple days before Christmas," he said. "It was an unfortunate misunderstanding."
