    Can just any message board poster write those scouting reports, or are they from professional scouts?

    Now I see that the site's computer program inputs player stats and outputs sentence fragments like you quoted above. Separately, anyone can rank a player and it's displayed (not included in the computer-generated report) in the bottom half of
