who would you rather trade to get AI: DWest or Telfair? I'd rather keep Delonte. He brings more offense, he's a better shooter. Rondo can do alot of the same things Telfair can, only he's not as flashy and way better defensively. It seems like, so far in their careers, Delonte plays with more heart too. I know that Telfair has heart, but i think Delonte has more.

Its a toss up really..Delonte provides a great offensive spark. But then Bassy provides that up-tempo game. Then you have Rajon Rondo in the mold of Telfair, but he's a beast on defense.

This is so tough, because I have a man-crush on Delonte and I also love Telfair. I mean they both bring a lot of different things to the table. I can not choose, you can't make me lol. Delonte brings charisma/hard work/chemistry to the team as well has a great shooting touch and a solid all around game with inexplainable hustle. But... Telfair is that true PG we have all been waiting for, and he's what this team needs. The only true playmaker we have had on this team in the last 5-7 years is Gary Payton, and he was 36 at the time. Bassy brings speed to pursue our running game, playmaking ability, and even a little marketability.

Sure Rondo is almost in the same mold as Bassy, but with better defense, but he does not have the 2 year experience under his belt like Bassy and he also does not have as good court vision and pin-point passing skills. Good passing skills, but Bassy's are unique.

It will be extremely interesting to see what either Danny does with trades, or what Doc does with this rotation of 3 guards he/Danny both LOVE.

But I will say this - if we don't pick up on Tony Allen's option, I say we play Delonte a lot at the 2 and trade TA/Scal for a pick or something.. maybe an expiring contract

I have to admit, i never really liked Telfair in particualr before he came here. I think i'm more of a fan of Rondo. That, and i just can't let go of Delonte, i love him too much. [IMG]

Delonte. Better defender, better scorer, better stealer, better rebounder. He does all the little things that help a team in the end. He is also the better shooter too imo.
