Stupid Honda, they should have just followed Chevy's lead and made a car no one wouldn't want then they wouldn't have this problem. :ghoti:

Class actions are a joke. They often serve to bully corporations into settlements that don't really help anyone but attorneys.

Did any of you get notice of a TicketMaster class action settlement? I can't remember the exact details, but it was in response to TicketMaster not revealing that some charges associated with shipping were a profit-maker for the company (which is a ridiculous thing to HAVE to state... does anyone really think that it costs that much to ship a couple slips of paper?) and it ended up with TicketMaster (a) adding language to clarify the charges are an effort to make profit, (b) giving the attorneys millions for their time and efforts, and (c) giving individuals $1.50 (or was it $3? I'm not sure) per instance of buying from TM over a certain amount of time--towards future TM purchases!

What a joke. I'd rather have TicketMaster keep its money than attorneys get that kind of deal for me. I don't buy tickets through TM because their fees are too high, and no number of disclaimers is going to change that... future credits are worthless to me.

Ticketmaster is notorious for gouging. Years ago Pearl Jam tried to lead a lawsuit-boycott against them but most other groups were too dumb to join.

This latest suit is probably motivated by the gouging the customers can't get at, so they sue over what they can.

seems like a rather dumb suit. a car doesn't make the mileage they're promised.

Companies often price gouge themselves out of business too. So don't worry too much.

They have no competition so they charge what they want. I worry about this all day long.

You're right. Empirical reality isn't happening, because it violates a logical principle.

Sorry I am a little sleepy, lol.

"they can't force you to buy anything", that's better.

Also you can boycott big business, they're very scared of you believe me. Even the middle east succumbed to market equilibrium.
